Synopsis[]
Hamilton and Mindy are elected king and queen of the Witches and Goblins Halloween dance, which leaves Mork feeling depressed and left out. Orson sends Broom Gilda the witch to go to the dance with Mork, but Gilda soon takes a liking to Hamilton and bestows him with magical powers.
Plot[]
At Mt. Mount High School, Mr. Caruthers has the students assembled for the announcement of the vote on who the winners are for the King and Queen for that nights Halloween Costume Dance Witches & Goblins dance at Boulder Mountain Park. An agitated Hamilton is relieved and victorious when his name is called as King, Mindy is also delighted to be elected Queen, until she realizes what that means. Hamilton grabbing a hold of her and telling her she's about to swept off her feet by the world's best dancer. Mork and Doing watch on, Mork bummed out as he never learned how to dance.
Back at the McConnell House, as Hamilton pulls up in his car, Mindy in turned is bummed out that Mork won't come with her and Hamilton to the Dance. A dejected Mork telling her that Hamilton won her 'fair and round' and besides he can't dance. Going to answer the door, Mork is swept aside by a goblin costumed Hamilton who refers to him as a peasant, telling him to make way for the King of the dance floor, making a beeline for Mindy, grabbing her hand and pulling her out to his car with him. Mindy making one last effort to prevail upon him to come. Declining and telling her to go have fun, Mork mopes to the point that even Orson notices he's depressed and asks him why? It's no big deal Mork tells him, it's just that he has no date. Telling him to hold out his hand, Orson materializes an egg with a date in it. Mork eating it but correcting him that he meant a date for the dance, and a dancing lesson.
This time Orson materializes a much larger egg which topples Mork over, the cracked open egg revealing a glamorous girl dressed like a witch, who introduces herself as Broom Gilda, his wish, a Witch Date. The Orkan female zapping Mork to give him a Goblin costume, and an instant dancing lesson, Mork delighted to find he can now dance. Heading with Gilda and Doing to the door, she zaps it open, floats them to the car, and flies the car to the Dance at Boulder Mountain Park.
At the Halloween Carnival, on the dance floor, Mork is dancing with Hamilton but distracted, wishing that Mork had come to the dance. Hamilton is derisive, reminding her she's with the best while 'that nerd' couldn't get a date with an Ugly Duckling. Mindy though has spotted the new arrivals, pointing it out to Hamilton, less than pleased with the 'Ugly Duckling' Mork is dancing with. Arms folded she gives Gilda a cool 'Hello' when Mork introduces her. Hamilton however is smitten by the glamorous new arrival, grabs hold of the 'gorgeous, adorable' new witch and pulls her onto the dance floor, leaving Mindy with Mork. When Hamilton suggests they 'trip the light fantastic', Gilda thinks that's a fantastic idea and pulls the plug on the lights on the dance.
Left in the dark, Mork uses his finger like a torch as Mindy wants to know where he found that 'wild girl', Mork telling her she's a real witch Orson sent to him from Orson. Alarmed at that, Mindy is made more so on catching sight of Gilda and Hamilton hitting it off, Gilda liking the 'nasty' human. Seeing the rides, she prevails on Hamilton to go on them, which he's all for until she grabs hold of him and pulls him off his feet, literally. Floating him up into the air, Hamilton panics and yells at her to let him go which she does, forgetting humans can't fly. For the moment. Mindy and Mork watch on as Gilda zaps Hamilton to turn him into a he-witch, giving him full powers. When he discovers he can fly, Hamilton entirely changes his tune, loving it, and loving it even more when after asking her where she got her powers, Gilda tells him 'from Mork's planet, Ork.', confirming Hamilton's suspicions about Mork. Not able to wait to tell the world about 'that nerd' as he and Gilda fly off.
On the ground, Mindy frets that Mork is ruined now that Hamilton knows about him, Mork taking her arm and pulling her with him to his Egg to chase after them to try and do something about them. On spotting the Tunnel of Love, Hamilton takes him and Gilda into it, Mindy grimacing with a 'Yick' considering that's typical of Hamilton. As is Hamilton using his new found powers to sink Mork's Egg when he takes into the Tunnel after them. Taking off with Gilda again, Hamilton calls back to Mork to tell him he and Gilda are off to have a good time, after which he's going to blow the whistle on him being an alien.
With Mindy pointing out the Pazetti is sinking, Mork deploys his 'Bilge' finger and sucks the water up out of the car with his finger and spits it out, setting the car for a course up out of the water. Outside Hamilton and Gilda scare the life out of a young couple on the roller coaster flying up to land on the seats in front of them. Mindy spotting them. Landing the Pazetti on the ride, Mork gives chase along the tracks bringing it up behind the coaster car. Smirking at the 'space nerd' and enjoying his new found powers, Hamilton uses them to lift the coaster car off the rails and fly it off them., and when Mork gives chase, Hamilton flips the car over Mork's, coming up behind them, the still petrified couple on board, and starts firing laser bolts at the Pazetti.
As Mork tries to get his car back under control, Mindy presses on him that they have to do something to stop Hamilton before he hurts the two kids trapped with him and Gilda. Mork uses a magnetic field from his finger to snag the coaster car and pulls it back towards them, but too fast. The coaster car hitting the Grimbel Pazetti and flipping both. Tossed clear, a bored Gilda with Hamilton suggests they fly to the carnival's House of Horrors, Mindy horrified to see the kids in the now freefalling coaster car about to crash. Struggling with the Pazetti, Mork deploys Doing to save the kids. The Hibijonee wrapping his tail around the Pazetti and freefalling to the coaster car, latching onto it with his sucker cup feet, slowing it and guiding it into place on the Ferris Wheel.
Seeing Hamilton and Gilda going into the House of Horrors, Mindy frets that Hamilton's powers are too much even for Mork. He agrees, but thinks he has a plan. They're going to get Gilda mad at him, so she will dump him, take away his powers, and go back to Ork. Inside the House of Horrors, Mork, Mindy and Doing don monster suits and head after Hamilton and an already bored Gilda. Hamilton agrees, finding the place nothing but a lot of fake monsters. Right then lightning and thunder hit inside the attraction, caused by Doing, while Mork fires off bolts from his finger, before he and Mindy rear up over Hamilton, telling him to prepare to be 'Gorgled'. Terrified, Hamilton falls to his knees in front of Gilda and begs her to do something. Not impressed by his cowardice, Gilda revokes his powers calling him a nerd, and returning to Ork where 'Men are Men and Witches are Witches'. Still on his knees Hamilton begs the disguised Mork and Mindy not to 'Gorgle' him, at which they take off their masks, Mork assuring them they won't hurt him.
Infuriated at being tricked, Hamilton tells Mork he'll regret it, knowing Mork's secret as he does. Telling them he's going to expose him to the entire world, and the High School. Mindy worried that Mork will be ruined, wonders what they can do, but he's unperturbed, telling her she's underestimating his powers, and zaps Hamilton with his finger. As it wears off, Hamilton has no memory of what's just occurred, wondering what Mork and Mindy are doing in their 'silly' monster costumes, and how they got from the dance to the House of Horrors. Mindy is delighted, at his having saved himself, making Hamilton lose his memory, Mork noting its only for the last hour, before grabbing her hand and saying they should get back to the dance.
Asking his 'Little Momma' to boogie down, Mindy takes to the floor with her 'Big Poppa', calling him the King of the Dance Floor in response to his dancing ability. Doing taunting Hamilton at his losing out on Mindy to Mork yet again, Hamilton tells a snickering Doing to get lost only making the Hibijonee more delighted.
