Mork & Mindy[]
Wayne appeared as Dr. Roland (credited only as The Doctor on IMDB, though he is addressed by name in the episode), who arrives in to relative mayhem in the Hospital room Mindy is in. There he finds the Nurse trying to stop a Mork, dressed in surgical scrubs, from taking a high as a kite Mindy out of the room and the hospital, before they can mistakenly operate on her brain rather than her tonsils. The Nurse, and Dr. Roland both, have her down as Mrs. MacDonald, due for said brain surgery, and Dr. Roland takes the Nurses side in trying to get Mindy, massively enjoying herself, back from a doggedly protective Mork. A situation that results in Mindy wandering happily around the narrow ledges of the exterior of the building while Mork is dragged into a pitch fight with the Nurse and Dr. Roland until the arrival of the Hospital Administrator sorts things out.
Note: Wayne Morton went on to appear in a recurring role in Whiz Kids which starred Jeffrey Jacquet, and also appeared in the Twilight Zone episode that Pam Dawber appeared in, though not in the same segment as she did.
