The Veterinarian works at Denver Zoo in Colorado and encounters Mork when the Orkan is smuggling 'Doc' the Chimp back into the Zoo, and trying to find out what happened to Doc's Mother who has disappeared, in Season 3's Mork, the Monkey's Uncle. He is played by Joe Howard.

The Veterinarian is a tall, relatively, young man who works as an exotic animal specialist and surgeon who works in Denver Zoo.
After kidnapping Doc, to protect him from the kidnappers Mork believes kidnapped Doc's mother, he is convinced by Mindy that he has to take the Chimp back before he gets into trouble and for Doc's best interest. And a day or so later Exidor, Mork and a 'disguised' Doc make their way to the Zoo's hospital Infirmary, both to bring Doc back and to try and find out what happened to Doc's mother..
After they knock on the surgery door, the Vet comes out, fully gowned up for surgery, and says he can't talk he's in the middle of a complicated surgery....on Doc's Mother. Mork asks Exidor if he can talk to Doc alone. He tries to explain about Animal Heaven and how Doc will always have his Mother's love for him to hold on to.
When the Vet comes back out surgery over, he is delighted to see Doc there. Doc's mother has had a tough time, but she's fine, and the Vet tells Mork to hold on when he goes to go, that he has a surprise for him. A moment later, a nurse carries out a baby chimp, Doc's new baby brother. Super happy, Mork grabs a banana as a cigar and goes to celebrate with the other animals in the room, before beating a hasty retreat when he annoys a skunk.
