The complex makes a number of appearances in the show from the 2nd Season on is home to a number of characters, including recurring characters and friends of Mork and Mindy.
Inhabitants[]
Ambrosia Malspar - Ambrosia is the first known inhabitant of the complex. Mindy going to visit her in her apartment there, in an attempt to understand (and rectify) the break up between her and Exidor (The Exidor Affair).
Glenda Faye Comstock - Glenda Faye moves into the complex fairly early after her return to Boulder, and asks Mindy to help her decorate. It soon becomes apparent that she chose the swinger heavy environment as the loss of her husband, Randolph, is still weighing heavy on her, and she is no rush for anything more serious than some laughs and fun (Mork the Prankster). She soon becomes a doyenne of the social scene at the complex, hosting dinners and parties, and taking an out of place Mork under her wing, arranging for a mentor in fellow inhabitant, TNT
Todd Norman Taylor (TNT) - Todd, first seen as a customer in the Music Store, is revealed to be living at the complex, and is one of Glenda's neighbors, making a quick indelible mark on Mindy by relentlessly and farcically hitting on her (Mork the Prankster). Later he helps to groom the out of place Mork into the life of a swinging single, after Mindy decides they should see other people to help 'expand' appreciation of their own relationship, resulting in Mork becoming 'Hitman' and an intrinsic and in demand part of the scene, leaving Mindy home alone (Mork, the Swinging Single).
Derrick - Derrick is a neighbor of both Glenda and TNT, and like Todd is shallow and a poseur. Unlike Todd. however, he is both model good looking and relatively mono-syllabic, depending on his looks (and broody poses) to attract the opposite sex (Mork the Prankster).
Pepper - Is a not particularly intellectual (by her own admission) denizen of the singles complex who, after Mork has taken on his 'Hitman' persona, sets her sights on him, and in front of Mindy makes her intentions towards him clear. And though it comes to nothing after Mindy kisses TNT in retaliation, unsettling Mork, the party still moves on to Peppers! (Mork, the Swinging Single)
