Ron Osborn co-wrote four episodes of Mork and Mindy, the Season 3 episodes "Twelve Angry Appliances" (episode #12), "There's a New Mork in Town" (episode #13) and "I Heard It Through the Morkvine" (#22) with creative partner Jeff Reno. Ron, in collaborating with Reno, also was a story editor for 22 episodes in Season 3.
Career[]
Osborn served as a consulting producer during the first season of NBC-TV's The West Wing. He co-wrote the teleplay for the episode "Enemies" along with his writing partner Jeff Reno. They had previously worked together on the screenplay for Meet Joe Black and several seasons of Duckman.
With Reno, Osborn has produced and / or co-written episodes for not only Night Court, The West Wing, but also for Mork and Mindy and Moonlighting NBC-TV's She Spies, as well as Duckman.
He presently teaches screenwriting at DreamWorks Animation at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, and has taught screenwriting and advanced screenwriting there at the Art Center since 1986.[1]
