Roger Simpson Harris was an American actor who appeared as the Club Owner of the Bare Facts Club, that Mork and Mindy are seeking to meet in Season 2's Dial 'N' for Nelson.

Simpson Harris's only screen credit is for his role as the Club Owner of the strip club that Mindy and Mork suspect is the base for where the threats, and attacks, against Nelson are coming.

Simpson Harris played the reclusive Club owner, who it is finally surmised is the man, not woman, who has been targeting Nelson. Nelson having taken a stand against pornography in his campaign for city council. Simpson Harris shared the role with classic voice actor David Wall who gave him his high pitched 'girlish' voice that has thrown everyone off, making them believe it's a woman behind it all.
