Richard Rosenstock (November 22, 1951 - ) is an American writer and producer who acted as executive script consultant for Season 4 of Mork & Mindy and along with writing partner Roy Teicher wrote 2 episodes for that Season.

Richard has been a writer since the 1970s and a TV producer since the early 1980s.
His first writing credit came on The Ted Knight Show (1978), Happy Days (1978), Makin' It (1979), The Bad News Bears (1979 - 80) Laverne & Shirley (1980), , Comedy Factory (1986) Webster (1988),
He wrote and produced Oh Madeline (1983-1984). He wrote for and executive produced The Marshall Chronicles (1990). He created, executive produced and wrote for Flying Blind (1992 - 1993). Wrote for and acted as consultant producer Will & Grace (2000 - 2001) Was co-executive producer of Arrested Development and wrote 7 episodes (2003 - 2013) and consulting producer on it's return (2019) He was a consulting producer and writer on The Big Bang Theory from season 2 to season 3.(2008 - 2010),
He also acted as Producer for Newhart (1984), Executive Producer Comedy Factory (1986), Down and Out in Beverly Hills (1987), and was consultant producer on The King of Queens (2001-2003), and Kitchen Confidential (2005-2006), Family Guy (2007-2008)
In addition he also wrote and produced the TV Movie The Flamingo Kid (1989)
