Mindy & Mork interlock hands in a strong Ribbit
A Ribbit as exhibited by Mork and Orkans in general is a handshake done by extending the hand (as humans do) but then spreading the index and forefinger (in a sort of horizontal version of a Vulcan's greeting). The person receiving the handshake reciprocates by doing the same thing and inserting their hand into the gap created by the extender, to create a kind of interlocking cross of hands.
According to Mork a strong Ribbit, such as that received from Mindy on their first meeting, is a sign of character and for the person giving it to be capable of evolution.
A formal Ribbit with both hands grasping does not always occur. Sometimes a parallel extension of the hand by both parties, without interlocking also suffices.
