Princess Lusitania is Exidor's long lost mother who returns in Season 2's Exidor's Wedding. She is played by Anita Dangler.

Princess Lusitania (last name Blumesntizpitzle according to Mork), equally as insane as her son, was last seen by Exidor when he was about 5 years old, when he was placed in an Orphanage where he was raised and long thought dead by him.
With Exidor about to marry Ambrosia Malspar, Mork, as part of his wedding present to his adoptive father undertakes a search for, and successfully finds, his long lost mother. On their reunion, Lusitania explains that she is neither dead, nor did not desert her son, rather she sent him out to play, and when a half an hour had passed went to find him, only to forget that she was at that point driving at 70 mph towards Denver.
Comatose for two weeks she woke up in the care of a local Native American tribe who effectively adopted the crazy woman, and by the time she was fully recovered, Exidor was long gone and she had no idea what had happened to him. The happy reunion is short lived however, as Lusitania reveals that now she has found her son, she has no intention of 'losing him' to another woman, and promptly chains herself to Mindy's kitchen post until Exidor agrees to call off the wedding.
Constant appeals to her by Exidor fail, as does confirmation by Jeanie that she is faking her 'trance' she sends herself into. She almost succeeds in de-railing the wedding, when Exidor pleads with Ambrosia for a short postponement, despite Mindy warning if they do it once, Lusitania will only try the same thing again later. With little less to lose, Mork, as the one who brought her there, goes to speak with her.
Sitting himself down beside her on the couch, Mork tries to reason with her, telling her that while she says she loves Exidor he's upstairs trying to have one of the happiest moments of his life, but she's down here making him feel miserable. Telling him it's not fair, she's only just found her son again, she never really had him and she doesn't even have any memories. He knows its not fair, that you can't relive the past, but she's lucky, she has the chance to get 2 memories for the price of one, a son's and a daughters. She tells him he doesn't understand, 35 years of hoping, and when she finds him, he rejects her. Mothers always lose, she tells him tearfully.
Though it doesn't seem to work, and Mork returns upstairs to the wedding venue (in the attic) Lusitania arrives, to talk to her son, telling him that she was thinking about what Mork had said to her, and he was right, she wants very much to see his wedding, but she'll only do it on one condition, that Ambrosia forgives her, and will be her daughter. Ambrosia happily hugs her with a 'Hi Mama'....before they all line up to take their places once more.
