Pepper is a friend and neighbor of Glenda Faye Comstock and lives in the same apartment complex with her, and TNT. She appears in Season 3's Mork, the Swinging Single and is played by Catherine Campbell.

Pepper is a self admitted airhead who is 'not into thinking'. A shallow, party go-ing swinging single, she fits right into the vibe at the singles apartment complex Glenda lives in, and tells Mork on first meeting him that she'll 'try anything once'. However once she catches sight of what she says are the bellbottoms he's wearing, she cuts him dead and walks off.
Later however, after Mork is taken under the wing of Todd Norman Taylor (TNT), and transformed into the velour clad, swinger, 'Hitman', Pepper starts to take an interest. On hearing that Mork lives with Mindy, she makes enquiries of their status from Mindy. And on being told by her that she and Mork are 'just friends', makes a beeline for Mork and kisses him hard on the lips.
This has the effect of sparking Mindy's jealousy, and she retaliates by kissing TNT, at which point the party moves on into a conga line over to Pepper's apartment. When Mindy doesn't come with them, Mork returns home to find her, sitting on the couch saying she didn't feel like a party and he seemed to be having a good time with his friends, especially Pepper. But relaxes when Mork has to be reminded who Pepper is.
