Penny is a con woman and crook who, along with her mother Lisa, form a team to go after gullible men in singles bars, tricking them into taking them home where they rob them. She is played by Robin Eisenman in the Season 1 episode Mork's Night Out.

About Penny[]

Penny is a very attractive blonde young woman who with her mother encounters Mork and Mr. Bickley after Mork haplessly leads the pair into a swinger's bar Mother Bell's, while Mindy is out of town.

Bickley having them on the cusp of leaving the two women approach them and ask them for help, pointing to two cowboys across the room who they say are harassing them, and asking if they can sit with them. Penny explains that her mother had just arrived into town to visit her, and she took her into the bar not realizing 'what kind of a place it was'.

While Mork is always happy to make new friends, Bickley is tongue tied by their presence, and can't seem to get his brain and mouth aligned, answering questions out of order and far too loud, making both women think he's more than a little odd, while finding Mork charming and funny. Lisa points out their two mashers are staring at them again, and Penny suggests that they go somewhere else and they will buy Mork and Bickley a drink. Mork thinks that's fantastic, anything not to be bored and lonely again. He gets up and heads out with the women, Bickley's brain firing again calling the waitress back as she brings him his bourbon, asking for drinks for the two girls, telling the waitress she wouldn't believe what they have fallen into, only to finally notice that Mork, Penny and Lisa are all gone. Mork returns wondering what's keeping him? Telling him that he's not going to believe it, Penny & Lisa want to take them to a house. Bickley's House.

Ecstatic, Bickley takes them all back to his place, where the two ladies excuse themselves asking for the bathroom. Only to return with pillow cases full of Bickley's valuables, with Lisa brandishing a gun and holding them up. Lisa warns them not to move, or she'll scatter them all around the room and gets them to enter their pockets.

As Mork informs Penny that her mother is not setting a very good example for her, a car horn outside indicates the women's partner, Mark, with the getaway car has arrived. Making their way to the door, yanking the phone out of the wall to slow them down, the women tell them its been a pleasure robbing them and thanking them for the date, laughing as they leave.

The two women are never seen caught, but the police inform Mork & Bickley that they're not the first guys targeted and they've set up a stake out for them.
