Patrick Cranshaw (born on June 17, 1919 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, USA) made two appearances in Mork and Mindy Season 1 as an old man shopping first in the McConnell's Music Store, and then in the Department Store Mork goes Christmas Shopping in, before taking up the recurring character of Jake Loomis, the crotchety TV cameraman at Mindy's TV Station KTNS, in Mork and Mindy Season 3 and Mork and Mindy Season 4

Pat Cranshaw was an American character actor known for his distinctive look and deadpan humor. Despite an acting span of more than 40 years and some 102 appearances, Cranshaw's first credited film role came at the age of 41, in The Amazing Transparent Man (1960). Cranshaw's mild-mannered and gentlemanly demeanor led him to a number of roles as bank tellers, store managers, and grandfathers. His appearance as the crotchety Jake, in Mork & Mindy, who quite enjoyed disparaging and/or undermining Mindy being something of a departure in that line.
He is best known for one of his last roles, that of Joseph "Blue" Pulaski, a fraternity brother, in the 2003 hit comedy Old School.(2003), Cranshaw also starred as Sheriff Bob in the Air Bud movies and he played the same role in Air Buddies for the final time; Air Buddies was dedicated to both him and Don Knotts, who died one year after Cranshaw's death.
He also appeared in the Coen Brother's The Hudsucker Proxy (1994), and Christopher Guest ensemble, cult favorite Best In Show (2000) playing Jennifer Coolidge's husband.
Apart from Mork & Mindy, he appeared in more than 50 television series, including Alice and After MASH.
