Flop House in a old Hotel on Mission Street
Located in the less well to do part of town, Mission street is populated by mostly run down and derelict buildings and old hotels that have become flop/crash houses for those hard up, or down on their luck.
Sent there at Eugene's suggestion when it transpires Mork, in the process of running away from Mindy's, only has $6 to his name. While wandering along Mission Street Mork notes a sign for the Friends of Venus, and pops in to the old rundown hotel on the off chance he might meet someone he knows. And instead meets someone new, having his first encounter with Exidor, which, although it doesn't end particularly well, with Mork disillusioning the Street Preacher, begins a new, important, if bizarre friendship between the two outsiders.
Mork's stay is brief however as, after 'alienating' Exidor, Mindy's arrival in her search for him assures he goes home with her.

*It is probable that this is also where Mork goes in Mork and the Bum Rap when he heads to 'Bowery Brothers' on Skid Row to fashion his bum's outfit to help him beg for money.
