Lieutenant Chambers is an officer stationed at Buckley US Airforce Base, who Mork approaches with a view to joining the Airforce. The Orkan thinking it is some kind of holiday club through which he can see the world without paying, in Season 2's The Mork Syndrome. He is played by David Haskell.

After Mork misunderstands Remo's allusion to the U.S Airforce as being something akin to a Club Med way of getting to see the World without paying for it. He makes his way to outside Denver, and on arrival meets Lt. Chalmers.
Chambers is a tall good looking young Lt. who actually works in the Public Relation section, and is attempting to come up with recruitment slogans for the service. On Mork's arrival he informs him that to actually join the USAF he has to go back to the recruitment office in Boulder. But in order to join the USAF he'll need his birth cert, drivers license and social security card.
Not having any of those things Mork suggests they could let him in on the basis of his personality and how fun he would be on trips Chalmers tells him he doesn't make the rules, hands Mork some pamphlets on the USAF and heads off to consider a new slogan for the Airforce, leaving Mork alone....with his freshly laundered Airforce uniform.
