Helen Anderson is a very soft spoken, very pleasant sounding...white supremacist and member of the Pure Power group. She appears in Season 2's The Night They Raided Mind-ski's and is played by Nancy Steen.

The best description of Helen would be 'Soccer Mom'. Soft spoken, a smiling, good looking, warm blonde in her late 30s, she seems exceedingly pleasant, her cheery 'I Like Where You're Coming From!' catchphrase helps echoes and adds to the vile racism of those around her, and is in fact one of Jim Blake's most trusted lieutenants in the hate group.
At the meeting at Mindy's apartment, after Mindy (post coffee spit take) think's she heard Jim's use of the word 'Spic', it is Helen that clarifies it for her following it up with another Latin slur, before adding to Mindy's disbelief and horror, with further slurs for the Japanese, East Asian and Jews as others on their list.
When Mindy and Mork are caught in the Pure Power HQ (after Mork has attacked it in retribution for their vicious attack on Mindy (for her Polish ancestry) and the apartment), Helen is transformed by Mork into an Asian Woman, until she learns understanding.
