About[]
Glenda's apartment is next door to those of TNT, Derrick and Pepper's among others in the complex. and is much larger than that Ambrosia lived in. Probably unsurprisingly as Glenda is quite a wealthy woman with 10,000 dollars (just shy of 70,000 dollars now) to spend simply to decorate the place, something she asks Mindy to help her with, admiring how 'homey' Mindy has made her apartment (Mork the Prankster).
A ground floor split level affair, it has a large double set of French windows that lead out to a small garden area, and a set of stairs at the back of the room leading, one presumes to the bedroom. A conical fireplace sits alongside the staircase at the heart of the room, directly opposite the entrance. To the left of the entrance is the enclosed kitchen (unlike Ambrosia's open plan apartment).
The apartment's centerpieces are a large comfortable, plush, white sofa, and a solid one piece marble table with chairs. The surrounds and walls are decorated with many of the items Glenda has collected during her years globe trotting both as a single and with her late husband, Randolph, with a lot of native African and Asian art on display.

Mork at Glenda's Japanese themed restaurant
Once settled in, Glenda became something of a life of the complex, throwing numerous themed dinners and hosting parties, including a Japanese one that she invites Mork to, the Orkan at a loose end after Mindy decides to go on a date (partially at Glenda's behest) supposedly to 'improve' her and Mork's relationship. Without Mindy though, Mork is uncharacteristically hesitant among the swingers that mostly populate the party, who don't take to his 'uncool' clothes, and attempts to make friends. It's not until Glenda introduces him to TNT, who takes Mork under his wing, teaching him 'swingers' ways and turning him into 'Hitman', that Mork gets comfortable.

Mindy at Glenda's in search of Mork
So much so that he starts to spent a lot of time at Glenda's and the complex, to the point that Mindy has to go to one of Glenda's parties to see him.

Susan Taylor's Palm Tree
Note: Susan Taylor's old 'palm tree' decoration from her apartment is obviously a popular one, turning up at is does in Glenda's apartment as well.
