The Girl Scout encounters Mork in Season 1's Mork the Gullible, when on her rounds selling Girl Scout Cookies. Coming up against Mork when at Mindy's behest, he's trying out his ability to say 'No' after being taken in repeatedly. Something that does not go well for Mork. She is played by Dana Hill.

Short blonde, and in pigtails, this Girl Scout is a force to be reckoned with.
After Mork's gullibility culminates in his giving away his brand new coat. Mindy insists that he has to learn to say no. Immediately starting to practice, he goes to the door when the bell rings, and opens the door to a girl scout who cheerfully asks him if he'd like to buy some cookies. Only for him to yell 'No' in her face, and slam the door on her.
While Mindy tells him that was deplorable, a confused Mork arguing that she told him to say no to things and he didn't want the cookies the door is knocked on firmly again.
This time when Mork opens it, the girl scout, half Mork's size marches in, pushing him backwards, letting him have it for shutting the door on her, and telling him okay the cookies may not be great, but, poking a shaken Mork in the chest repeatedly lays it on the line for him. That every box she sells helps send a girl scout, namely her, to camp, and like a small mafioso, insists on his spending as much as he can afford. Taking all the money he has on him, before turning on her heel, walking out, dropping the boxes on the floor saying he can owe her the rest.
