Frizbat is the Capital City of Ork, which is seen for the first time in Season 4's The Honeymoon, when Mork takes Mindy there after their wedding.

About[]
Frizbat is the Capital City, and at the center of the planet. Mork attempts to show Mindy & Fred slides of the city shortly after he arrived (The Mork & Mindy Special), but unfortunately it was the inner city after dark so everything looked black. It is however seen when Mork takes Mindy there for their Honeymoon.
The city itself is very futuristic in design, with white buildings that are rather irregular in shape by most Earth standards. Buildings are made of what appear to be standard materials, but Brown (as might be expected of a relatively emotionless society) appears to be the almost uniform color of choice for the interior of public areas, such as schools or the foyer of buildings. It's main intergalactic spaceport is Squellman the Yellow Memorial. The transport system consists of mono-rails and egg shaped vehicles, including the taxis.
Mork tells Mindy that the hotel they are staying in Hotel Mmm Pltzz *cheek pull* & Spa is one of the grand hotels in the 'Downtown' area of the city. There is also a 'Strip' area of the city where some of the newer, flashier hotels are located. There may also be subterranean buildings, given Mork's comments about going underground to visit his old neighborhood. (The Honeymoon)
The Rose Garden, Frizbat
The city is home to a beautiful Rose Garden that stands as a National Monument, the roses having been sent back from Earth to Ork by Mork over his previous three years on Earth, wanting to share some of Earth's beauty with Ork. The picking of a Rose from the Garden is a crime.
We know too from Mindy's reminiscing about their honeymoon, that there is a large Orkan Carnival located there, alongside nightclubs (including anti-grav nightclubs) and a beachfront, where the two go walking together as the suns rise (I Don't Remember Mama), meaning Frizbat is located by an Orkan Ocean or Sea. Ork also, according to Mindy, has dog races, meaning there are likely stadia in the city (Gotta Run, Part 2)
Later, on, Mearth also commutes to Frizbat to attend school there (P.S. 2001).
