Frank Welker is an American voice-over artist who has provided voices for characters in hundreds of animated shows, including Doing and Mr. Cool on The Mork & Mindy/Laverne & Shirley/Fonz Hour. Although he has an extensive resume, Welker is perhaps best known for his involvement in the Scooby-Doo franchise dating back to 1969, providing the voice for Freddy Jones and a variety of other characters.
