Marcia is a waitress at The Eatery on Pearl Street Mall, who gets involved in the events between one of her regular customers, George, and Mindy & Mork, when George manhandles Mindy and ends up in a vendetta with Mork, in Mork's Greatest Hit.

Marcia is a world weary waitress working in The Eatery alongside a short order cook, who is notable for her caustic wit. Not amused by what she perceives as Mork's joking and wasting her time when he comes in to order lunch with Mindy, she also doesn't hold off letting George she doesn't think much more of his intelligence when he tries to cast aspersions on Mork.
Not doing much, or being able to do much when George starts to physically handle Mindy dragging her from her chair, she is definitely not happy when things with George and Mork threaten to bubble over, only to be vastly amused when George is left looking foolish when Mork unwittingly embarrasses him, and shaken when George slams his fist through one of her chairs.
Like Rick, George's friend, Marcia starts to speak up on Mork's return to face up to George when he wont' leave Mindy, himself and the McConnell's alone. As George continues to pick on and goad Mork, Marcia stands up for him, and greatly enjoys it when Mork turns the tables on George and peacefully ending George's vendetta. If being somewhat bemused by Mork's call of 'Bartender! Spam for All' to her, when George gives in.
