Exidon is the malevolent counterpart of Exidor, and the tyrannical ruler of the microscopic/parallel world Mirth, which Mork falls into in Mork in Wonderland, Part 2 , and whose reign is being targeted by Mandy and her revolutionaries.
Character summary[]
Exidon is a self styled tyrant who through his 'Glum' party has taken control of the planet Mirth, in part through the secret takeover of the world's electrical power, which he makes money off of in secret. He and his financial advisor, Marvin roll the power out to the people on a brown out basis, keeping people under their thumb. They have also banned humor, banning fun of any kind in order to further grind people down.
The revolution against him increases Exidon's paranoia and he hatches a plan to flush out the spies he feels are in his midst by deliberately enticing them to the full set of his plans recorded on tape. Mork spying on Mandy's behalf steals the plans, unwittingly leading Exidon to Mandy, allowing him to capture her. At Mandy's urging, Mork escapes with the proof, and not only gets the information out to the people, but leads a rescue mission to free Mandy. This sparks a full scale revolution, which results in Exidon's ultimate overthrow, though he escapes in the chaos with the revolutionaries chasing after him.
Personality[]
Exidon unlike Exidor is actually sane, just paranoid, Machiavellian, greedy and ultimately murderous. Devious, he has been trying to flush out the leader of the rebels for some time, and fully distrusting of Mork uses him to uncover and capture Mandy, with the full intent of executing her.
