Chea Collette is an American actress, dancer and choreographer who appeared as Belk, a woman from the Stone Age that Mork & Mindy encounter in Season 4's Gotta Run, Part 3.

Career[]

Chea's on and off screen career in TV and Movies encompasses (at this point) a 6 year period from 1982 to 1988, with her first screen credit coming in her episode of Mork & Mindy, in 1982. In the same year she appeared in the Mary Tyler Moore / Dudley Moore starring Six Weeks.

As a choreographer she worked on the Burt Lancaster / Margo Kidder starrer Little Treasure (1985) where she also acted as the body double for Ms. Kidder. Three years later she worked with then teen star Alyssa Milano as choerographer on her work out video Teen Steam (1988).[1]

Mork & Mindy[]

Collette appeared as Belk, the first person Mork and Mindy encounter on their arrival in the Stone Age while trying to escape through time from Joe Regalbuto's Kalnik. Belk is being pursued by two men from a different tribe, and Mork and Mindy's appearance, and especially Mork's use of his harmonica, help to save her from being abducted and chases the men off. Quasi workshipping Mork for the music that emanates from him, she takes them back to her own tribe to tell them what they've done, and tries to repay them with shelter and food.
