The Bare Facts Club is a strip joint in Boulder whose owner took offence at Mindy's cousin Nelson Flavor's stance on pornography and such clubs and caused havoc for Nelson and by extension Mindy & Mork in Dial N for Nelson.

About[]
The strip joint, located on Walnut Street within sight of the mountains, is ID'd by Mindy as the possible 'hideout' of the woman making threats to Nelson over his stance on pornography and places like that. Despite her reluctance to even set foot in a place like that, to help her cousin out ultimately it is infiltrated by Mork & a glammed up (and mortified) Mindy in the guise of a stripper 'The Boulder Bombshell' and her agent to try and find out if it's one of the strippers responsible.
Arriving on the day of auditions they discover however that the auditioning strippers don't care one way or another if the place closes, they have plenty of other places to work.
Mork's Striptease
Mork suggests to Mindy that perhaps the as yet unseen owner is a woman, as all the auditions are being handled by the front of house guy, Ron, the manager. Who tells them that the owner only sees the final picks. Despite Mindy warning him that there is no way she is getting up on that stage, she ends up on that stage. For about 10 seconds. Before fleeing for the wings and wrapping herself in the curtains, leaving Mork to do an impromptu striptease in her place.
Though it is bizarre and ridiculous, Ron thinks maybe the owner might be into it, and calls on them, only for a burly man to appear. Thinking they have made a mistake Mork and Mindy turn to go, only for the owner to demand to known in an incredibly high pitched voice, what is going on, The voice exactly matching the voice on the phone. The police arriving shortly after to arrest him.
